These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by TR Engineering ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of this website

  • The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.
  • Photos, project descriptions and service details are for illustration and do not form part of any contract.
  • You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our text, images or logo without written permission.

2. Quotations and estimates

  • Quotations are based on the information, drawings and site conditions known at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
  • Prices may change if the scope of work, design, material specifications or site conditions change, or if material prices rise significantly before work begins.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and charged separately after your approval.

3. Agreement and payments

  • Work begins only after the quotation or work order is accepted and the agreed advance is paid.
  • Payments are due as per the payment schedule in your agreement, usually linked to project stages.
  • Delayed payments may lead to a pause in work, and the project timeline will be extended accordingly.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the site, along with water and electricity for construction where agreed.
  • Provide valid ownership documents and obtain required approvals unless we have agreed to handle them.
  • Give timely decisions on designs, materials and changes so work is not delayed.

5. Timelines

We make every effort to finish work on schedule. Timelines may be extended due to weather, material shortages, labour availability, design changes, approval delays, payment delays or other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

6. Materials and workmanship

  • Materials will be of the brand and grade agreed in writing. If an agreed item is unavailable, we will propose an equal alternative for your approval.
  • Defects in workmanship reported within the warranty period stated in your agreement will be corrected at no extra cost.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

7. Site safety

For safety reasons, clients and visitors must follow site instructions and wear protective gear where required while work is in progress. We are not responsible for injury to people who enter the site without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the value of the work order for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of rent, income or business.

9. Termination

Either party may end the agreement with written notice if the other party seriously breaches its terms. On termination, the client must pay for work completed and materials purchased up to that date, as set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to settle any dispute through discussion first. If it cannot be settled, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. For signed projects, the terms of your written agreement take priority.
